Refund Policy
- All items purchased on the platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Refund requests in exceptional cases will be reviewed by KALEOZ on a case-by-case basis. KALEOZ reserves the sole discretion to determine the outcome of such requests. For example, product received by the buyer does not match product description or product purchased.
- Buyers must submit a refund request to KALEOZ within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the purchased item. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained, and the buyer will forfeit their right to a refund.
- Refund policy does not cover the following:
- Buyers have verified and confirmed the receipt of the order.
- Transactions made outside of KALEOZ Marketplace.
- Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Buyer dissatisfaction with the product.
- Buyer’s remorse or mistakenly purchased items.
- Failure to escalate the order within 72 hours.
- The buyer’s CPU or laptop does not support the minimum product requirements.
- KALEOZ shall not be liable for fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions and permanently suspend the account of any buyer found to have submitted fraudulent claims.
- Buyers should only confirm receipt of an order after verifying that the product received matches the description in the product listing and is in proper working condition. By confirming receipt of the order signifies that the buyer is satisfied with the purchase and is finalizing the transaction, after which the payment will be released to the seller. If no claims, issues, or complaints are raised by the buyer to KALEOZ within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the purchased goods and/or services. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are finalized and complete.
- All sale contracts are strictly between the relevant seller and the relevant buyer. While KALEOZ may assist either party in the event of a dispute following the conclusion of a sale contract, KALEOZ shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the sale contracts.
- In the event that the cancellation is due to the payment failing the verification stage, the refund will be processed using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. For orders that have passed the verification stage, the handling fee will not be refunded.
- Depending on the payment method used by the buyer, refunds may typically take up to 14 days to process. This delay occurs because banks do not usually finalize refunds immediately, and the authorization hold on the funds may take up to 14 days to expire.

- KALEOZ shall not be held liable for wrong purchases made by the customer due to negligence and/or false or wrong information provided, which may result in damages and losses.
- By purchasing any items from KALEOZ on the Platform, the Buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees to this release of liability.
Game items ( game accounts, coins/currencies, coaching, game boosting service, game items and game points)
- Purchasing in-game services for real money is violate the terms and conditions set by the Game Developer / Game Publisher for most online games. As such, game Items (including game accounts, coins/currencies, coaching, game boosting service, game items and game points), are subject to the risk of being banned, suspended, blocked and retrieved.
- By purchasing game items, buyer agrees to comply with the game developer or publisher's policies. KALEOZ will not be held liable for any violations of these policies.
- KALEOZ assume no responsibility and never accept canceling the order or refund after the order completed.
Gift Card
- Purchases do not include manuals, installation CDs, box, physical card or other physical elements.
- Buyers can view their codes in their order page upon successful purchase.
- Any purchase of an item is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable once sold, unless otherwise agreed upon by KALEOZ.
- KALEOZ reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions above without prior notice.
Return Policy
- Once a transaction is completed returns are strictly prohibited. By completing the transaction, you acknowledge and agree to accept the item and conclude the transaction.
- Do not return the in-game items under any circumstances and regardless of the reasons given, even if it’s the same character that just traded with you. Only scammers will ask for the items back, and you are solely liable and responsible for your own action if you return the items.
