No. You're not able to request refund if the user provide the wrong game UID and the seller already successfully deliver the product. You're required to check your game UID before placing the order.
If the user mistakenly provide the wrong game UID, you're required to contact the seller immediately by using our KChat to provide the correct UID before the seller successfully deliver the order.
The seller are not responsible for this mistake as the seller process the top-up based on the UID user provided in the (Order Information section).
Any issues, such as scams, items not delivered, will not be under our obligation anymore since the seller process the top-up based on the UID provided by the user.
