After a user requests to change their email address/mobile number, KALEOZ requires additional identification before we can proceed. This is intended to safeguard your KALEOZ account from potential financial crime, risks, or fraud.
Here is how to proceed:
Step 1: Contact the KALEOZ Support via KChat.
Step 2: Inform the reason that you want to change your email address/mobile number.
Step 3: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to you.
- Change email address: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your mobile number
- Change mobile number: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your email address
Step 4: Inform the verification code you received to KALEOZ Support.
Step 5: After updating to a new email address/mobile number you need to do:
- New email address: reset password before login to your account.
- New mobile number: re-verify your mobile number.
