    After paying for your order, you should contact the respective seller on KChat to proceed with your order. You can click on the chatbox to start chatting with the seller. Additional info: A BLUE dialogue box means that the seller is online, a GREY dialogue box means that they are offline.Please note that in some cases the seller might not be able to respond to you immediately due to various reasons. We advise checking for the seller's availability before placing an order by contacting the seller.
  • How do I cancel an order that has already been paid for?

    To cancel an order after payment, buyers will need to contact the respective seller via KChat to cancel their order. Otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically after 3 days (72 hours).
  • When should I click "Confirmed received"?

    You are advised to check whether you receive the right thing and amount before you click "Confirmed received". Once confirmed, the order payment will be transferred to the seller's account and it cannot be reversed. Any issues, such as scams, items not delivered, or items different from the description will not be under our obligation anymore since the order was completed under your consent via clicking “Confirmed received”.
  • Why did my payment attempt fail?

    It's possible that the payment you're referring to has been stopped by the payment source. When a payment is stopped, it may be a pattern associated with a higher-than-normal risk detected by the internal security system. Failed payment may be caused by one of the reasons below: Insufficient balance in your bank account/card. Incorrect payment details entered.Payment might not be able to proceed if the mobile number is unverified.  Payment limit reached. You are advised to use alternative payment methods available by selecting your country. Declined by the bank. Contact the respective bank to inquire about the issue.   • What happens if the order is not paid within the given time?

    Once an order has been placed, the buyer must make the payment within 1 hour. Unpaid orders will automatically expire after 1 hour and the buyer will have to place a new order. Please note that any changes in price would not affect the current order. However, if the order expires and a price change by the seller occurs, the buyer will need to adhere to the price changes during re-ordering.
  • What can I do if the products or services delivered is different from the description?

    You are advised to communicate with the seller via KChat and request the seller to deliver the item as described. Do not click “Confirmed received” before you receive the right thing from the seller.
  • How do I cancel my unpaid order?

    You do not need to cancel your unpaid order because unpaid orders will automatically expire after 1 hour. 
  • How do I check my order details?

    Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account. Mouse over your username to see your user panel then go to "My Orders".Step 2: You will see a list of all orders made. Find the order you wish to check and click on the order number (eg: KXXXXXXX). Step 3: Your order information will be displayed. Check the image below for an example.
  • How do I track my order status?

    Step 1: Go to "My Orders" after logging in to your KALEOZ account.Step 2: Choose the order status you wish to see. Step 3: Click the Order ID KXXXXXXX to see more details of the specific order. Order status might be shown as below: Waiting Payment - Orders awaiting payment. Unpaid orders will expire after 1 hour if no payment is made. Waiting Delivery - Orders that have been paid for and awaiting delivery from the seller. Waiting Confirmation - Orders that have been delivered by the seller and awaiting confirmation from the buyer. Refunding - Orders that have been canceled. Any payments made are returned to your KALEOZ balance.   • How do I manually request a refund for an order I already paid for?

    We understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund for a paid order on the KALEOZ platform. This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to request a refund manually. It's important to note that manual refund requests can only be initiated after ONE hour of payment.Here's how you can manually request a refund:1.
