Elysia's Herrscher of Human : Ego Battlesuit, Cap or Slap?

It's been a year since we've been introduced to Elysia and she has been a great character. One of the Thirteen Flame Chasers, we later find out that she's the bearer of Signet of Ego and one of the 13th Herrscher of the Previous Era.
In the recent v6.0 update, Elysia was revealed as Herrscher of Human and WOW she looks great. Aesthetically pleasing is one thing, but do I think her S-Rank Battlesuit is worth the pull?

Herrscher of Human: Ego
If you didn't know, Elysia, the Herrscher of Human: Ego is a PSY-type Ice DPS valkyrie. She deals ranged attacks with her bow and has burst mode in which she uses a sceptre to attack enemies.
The arrival of the Herrscher of Human makes her the 2nd Herrscher with Ice DMG type. The fragments requirement to rank up Elysia's Herrscher of Human Battlesuit may not be as expensive because this isn’t Miss Pink Elf's awakened state.
Gameplay
Captains, the first thing you may need to know is that Herrscher of Human has two Herrscher forms, non-burst and burst mode.
In a way, these two forms mean that Elysia will constantly be activating any form of buff that relates to her Herrscher form, like having the Welt T-stigmata which has Ice DMG buff.
While in Human form, Elysia's Herrscher of Human uses a bow as her weapon, with 4 sequences for her basic ATK during Human form.
If you manage to give the HoH her signature weapon, Key of Ego (Domain of Ego: Flawless Return for level 81+ captains), it hits enemies in the Pristine Bloomage state and triggers Ego Blossom. Apart from that, the Herrscher of Human also gains 3 active skills charges.
Weapon
The Herrscher of Human's signature weapon, Key of Ego is highly recommended.
The reason I recommend players to have the Key of Ego is that it provides DMG buffs and additional attempts of active skill as well as providing SP recovery for HoH when she triggers Ego Blossom.
The SP recovery effect from the Key of Ego helps well.
Level 81+ captains must craft and upgrade their PRI-ARM form, Domain of Ego: Flawless Return to max level for higher ATK and buffs.
Companion
I think the Haxxor Bunny and Pardofelis (Reverist Calico) are the best supports for Herrscher of Human. The Haxxor Bunny just need to summon a drone to support HoH, while Pardofelis can recover team's SP, freeze enemies, and apply Total DMG taken to debuff enemies.
Conclusion
To pull, or not to pull?
If you're a fan of Elysia from the very beginning then yes, definitely one to pull in my opinion.
If you're not a fan of Elysia, well, you can opt to skip her if you choose too. She isn't a must-pull character. If you have Bronya's Herrscher of Reason in your roster, then I think it's good enough for you to skip this battlesuit if you want to.

How To Get
You can try getting Elysia's SR Rank, Herrscher of Human: Ego Battlesuit by pulling in the expansion supply. One pull costs 280 crystals, which you can get from KALEOZ at a cheaper price.
You're guaranteed to get HoH within 100 pulls. In addition, her gears, Key of Ego and Elysia: Pristine will also be available in the focused supply. The supply has a 50-pull per piece guarantee and captains are guaranteed to complete the set within 200 pulls.
