Tower Of Fantasy v1.5 Update Incoming!

It's been a month since the anime-inspired, gacha MMORPG Tower of Fantasy came out and has received mixed reviews. Some enjoyed the game's animation and graphics while others enjoyed the gameplay mechanics.
From what I've seen and read, most Genshin Impact or Honkai Impact 3 fans didn't quite like how Tower of Fantasy seemed like a copycat of the respective games and I understand and respect where they're coming from. In a way, it could feel like Tower of Fantasy is trying too hard to be something they're not and it becomes a turn-off. To me, it was generally an alright game. I didn't enjoy the storyline entirely, and I think there are a lot of improvements needed, but still, there are moments where it sparked joy.
Tower of Fantasy Update
That said, Tower of Fantasy announced this week that its first major update is set to drop on 15 September 2022 and I am rather excited to see what's in store.
From the trailer, we learned that the update includes a brand new Simulacra and a new island called Artificial Island.
Artificial Island
The Artificial Island will include The Ring Arena, Puddled Lake, and Rusty Iron Camp areas for players to wander about. The island also features the similar vibrant yet dangerous plains aesthetic like Asperia.
Claudia, the New Simulacra
Claudia is currently available as a simulacrum on the Chinese servers and she looks great. Though she may have been mentioned initially in the update trailer, Tower of Fantasy officially confirmed today (7 September) that the Gurren Blade will join the new Simulacrum Limited Order.
Claudia is a master of one-handed swords and mobility in combat.
New Features
In the Tower of Fantasy 1.5 update, we'll be getting the Interdimensional Frostfire Dragon. It's a huge, flying mechanical dragon that can fire lasers and missiles from above.
From the trailer, it looks like players will have some fun with the fast-paced action while engaging in combat with the mechanical dragon. Ranged attacks seem to be the way to go in order to bring the Frostfire Dragon down.
According to the official announcement, Tower of Fantasy 1.5 will introduce a new housing system which will allow players to construct buildings and farm closer to home. The new feature will make Artificial Island feel more like home, allowing Wanderers to explore the new region better.
Tower of Fantasy version 1.5 will release on 15th September.
